Meeting Room Rental
The Library Meeting Room may be reserved by individuals, organizations, businesses and other groups. A Meeting Room Rental Form must be completed by the individual or a representative of the group before access to the room will be granted.
This tax-supported facility may be used only by groups whose membership is open to all and without restriction based upon race, sex, or religious creed. Permission to use the Library Meeting Room may be withheld from groups who have failed to comply with the Pembroke Public Library Meeting Room Rental Policy and from any group that damages the room, floor, equipment, or furniture; or causes a disturbance.

Multimedia Projector Rental
Library equipment may be rented out by adult cardholders with memberships in good standing. The multimedia projector is available for rent for a fee of $35.00 for the first day of rental, and $25.00 for each subsequent day. A Multimedia Projector Borrower Agreement Form must be completed by the cardholder and payment must be received before any equipment is removed from Library property.

The Property Identification Program is designed to discourage theft. It is a free, easy way for you to mark your high-value appliances, computers, electronics, tools and other belongings.
