CELA is available for current Library members.
Description
The Centre for Equitable Library Access (CELA) provides access to magazines, newspapers and books in a choice of formats, such as audio, digital texts and braille. Anyone with a print disability and a valid Pembroke Public Library card can register by visiting the CELA site, or by calling or visiting the library.
How to Access
- Click the following link for CELA.
- Click Start Registration and follow the steps. You will be given an opportunity to select the format you wish to use.
- Once you have registered, you can log in and choose your books and magazines.
